Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course materials for personal, non-commercial study. You may not share, resell, or publicly distribute content without written permission.
4. Payments and refunds
- Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
- Refund requests are evaluated case by case within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course has been consumed.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Attempting to circumvent access controls or copy-protect measures.
- Uploading malicious code or engaging in abusive behavior.
- Using course content to train competing services without consent.
6. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and trade dress belong to Komotion Floral Atelier or our licensors. You may not remove or obscure any proprietary notices.
7. Disclaimers
Courses are provided “as is” for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
8. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
